At City Watches, we’re dead serious about bringing you top-quality, genuine watches. To keep you feeling chuffed with your purchase, we’ve got a rock-solid warranty on all our watches. The warranty details can vary depending on the brand and type of watch you pick up. Here’s what you need to know:

Our Warranty

For watches covered by our own warranty, we offer either a two-year extended worldwide warranty or a one or two-year international manufacturer warranty. This covers any issues with the internal workings of your watch. If your watch starts playing up due to a manufacturing defect, just send it back to us. We’ll sort it out and send it back, though you’ll need to cover the postage.

Watches With Manufacturer Warranty

If you’ve got a watch with a manufacturer warranty and your local watchmaker can’t sort it, no worries—send it over to us. We’ll get it fixed and send it back to you.

Warranty Process

If your watch starts acting dodgy, drop us an email with all the details, and we’ll have a look. Depending on what we find, we might direct you to an authorised service centre or ask you to post the watch back to us. We’ll get cracking on the repairs and make sure your watch is ticking nicely again.

Specific Brands

For top brands like Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines, we’ve got you covered with our warranty, and these watches are already registered with the brand.

Our Brand

We know how important it is for you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why our in-house brand, Ratio Watches, comes with a 60-day no-questions-asked return policy. Not feeling it? Send it back in its original state within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

What's Covered?

  • The internal workings of the watch.

What's Not Covered?

  • Water/moisture damage
  • Damage to the watch case or glass
  • Missing stones or gems
  • Damage to the watch bracelet/band or straps
  • Damage to the crown/stem or finishes
  • Damage to clasps/buckles
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Battery damage

Note-

Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover the rough stuff—like if your watch has been knocked about outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, or if it’s taken a beating from improper use or going beyond the water resistance limits.

Also, a heads up: getting your watch serviced by anyone other than our team will void our warranty. Our service centre can spot an outside job a mile off, and you’ll be responsible for any repairs needed after that.
